首先來瞭解AMD 這顆Ryen X 處理器的規格;其處理器核心數為6、執行緒數則為12、基本時脈為3.8GHz、官方最大超頻時脈最高可達4.4GHz、總計 L1 快取 384KB、總計 L2 快取3MB、總計 L3 快取32MB,為已解除鎖定(可玩超頻之意)。 圖 / CPU安裝無誤後,接下來就是將原廠或是自行購買的散熱風扇安裝到主機板上;只要將以十字起子就能鎖緊固定四顆散熱風扇模組的螺絲。 圖 / Ryzen X 附贈的是Wraith Splre 的下吹式散熱器,風扇的直徑實際量測為90mm,而負責導熱的則是以整塊鋁製成的散熱鰭片,可直接用十字起子與主機板固定(螺絲內有彈簧增加固定的彈性)。 不過跑CINEBENCH R20跑分時多半會失敗,且其實從4.2GHz拉高到4.25GHz的速度並沒有相當太多,因此建議超到4.2GHz就好,至少從原本的3.8GHz 超頻到4.2GHz幅度已不小。 圖 / 透過CPU-Z可以看到超頻到4.2GHz時的數據,比對下圖沒有超頻的數據可以發現CPU加電壓了。 圖 / 再來跑跑Corona Benchmark;這是相當容易操作的測試工具,主要是透過 CPU amd 3600x 運算光線追蹤的渲染圖像,評分為計時以秒為單位;這邊也跑出了不錯的成績。
